These terms govern customer use of the Prashas education payment marketplace.
Use of Service
Prashas helps customers discover education-related services and make payments to supported institutions or service providers. Customers are responsible for entering accurate account, student, institution, reference and payment details.
Account Responsibility
Customers must keep login credentials secure and should review all payment information before confirming a transaction. Activity performed through a customer account may be treated as authorized by that customer.
Payments
Amounts, fees, taxes and payable services are shown before confirmation. Payment success is subject to gateway, bank and reconciliation confirmation. Prashas may show pending, failed, refunded or other transaction states based on gateway and internal verification.
Refunds and Disputes
Refund eligibility depends on the relevant institution, service provider, payment gateway and applicable policies. Customers should contact Prashas support with the transaction reference for payment questions, duplicate payments or dispute assistance.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Prashas available and accurate, but services may be interrupted for maintenance, gateway downtime, banking delays, provider updates, security checks or events outside our control.
Prohibited Use
Customers must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, interfere with payment processing, reverse engineer protected systems or use Prashas for unlawful activity.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prashas is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service, payment gateway failures, provider-side errors or incorrect details submitted by customers.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as the service changes. Continued use of Prashas after updates means the latest published terms apply.
